How long does shipping take to arrive?

*Delivery times stated are estimates and not a guaranteed delivery time.  Internationally shipped parcels must pass through China Customs and Customs of the destination country.  We cannot control or be held responsible for delays at Customs. If you are un-satisfied with service provided by your country’s Customs Agency you (as a citizen/resident) should contact them and file a complaint.  Sometimes, a parcel will take longer than the stated estimated time frame. We are a separate entity from the courier/postal service delivering your parcel, and as such, we have no control over the speed at which they deliver parcels.

Orders will be delivered in two steps

1.Order Processing Time:

The time it takes to prepare for shipment. In some cases, this involves maintaining inventory and controlling product quality. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of the business day.

2.Shipping Time:

It usually takes 10-20 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.

How to track my order?

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation via email the next day. In this email, you will also find a tracking number to keep track of your shipment’s updates online. If you haven’t received the shipment confirmation, please check if it has gone into your spam folder.

It is possible to track all packages on this 17track. Another option is Trackingmore, which you can use if the tracking results on 17track only show Chinese. Also, once the package arrives in your country, it can usually be tracked on your local postal company’s website as well.

Returns

  1. For tea,We do not accept any returns at this time, all sales are final.
  2. Returns may be made for non-tea items but only if they are un-opened. Customer will pay return shipping to China before a refund is processed. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of goods to return them to us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We cannot be responsible for problems you discover months later, and we will not accept returns or issue refunds past 14 days of receipt.
