Duck Shit/Yashixiang is a kind of oolong tea, which belongs to the semi-fermented tea category and is produced in the Fenghuang Mountain area of Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province.
Teaware: It is recommended to use a covered bowl or purple clay teapot. Water temperature: 95-100℃ boiling water is best. Amount of tea: 5-6 grams of tea per 100-120 ml of water. Brewing time: 1-3 seconds for the first brew, and 5-10 seconds for each subsequent brew.
